Define.
Empower.
Radiate.
For most of my life, I did everything I was supposed to do. The right degree, right job, "right" timeline. Then one day I took a severance package, looked around and thought - for the very first time
"I can do whatever I want."
I spent my entire life following the rules, so this thought challenged me. RADI8 exists because we all deserve to have the support and clarity to take action to get from where we are to where we want to be.
However, Les Brown once said: “You can’t see the picture when you’re in the frame”, and often, it takes coaching and belief from mentors along the way.
That’s where RADI8 comes in!

"You can't see the picture when you're in the frame."
- LES BROWN

WHY RADI8 EXISTS
RADI8 exists because the world needs you fully lit.
RADI8 is a space for the ones who feel the tug. Who know something is calling them forward. The ones who are ready to stop performing a version of themselves that looks good on paper and start building a life that actually feels true.
This work is especially close to my heart for Black women who have spent years code-switching, shrinking and carrying spaces that were never designed to hold all of who they are.
YOU DESERVE A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN TAKE THE MASK OFF.
When we do what lights us up from the inside, we can't help but shine that light outward. That's what RADI8 means. We shine first - so we can illuminate everything around us.
