You Already Know Something Has to Change.

You just need someone who's been standing at that same crossroads, and found her way through.
I know what it's like to follow all the rules and still feel lost.
I did everything right. Good grades. College degree. Corporate career. Rising leader. Benefits. A 401k. From the outside, it looked like success. From the inside? It felt like a costume I wasn't sure I'd chosen.
For years I showed up — for my team, for my organization, for everyone else's definition of what my life was supposed to look like. I was the one people came to for motivation, for clarity, for permission to want more. Meanwhile, I was quietly asking myself the same questions they were.
What do I actually want? What would success look like if I got to define it?

The pivot didn't come the way I expected.
